This website updates the status of litigation at Villas Pappagallo.  A lawsuit was filed against the Strata in November 2019 following owner concerns over the lack of operational and financial transparency.  This included the failure of the Executive Committee to allow requesting owners access to key Strata records including Executive Committee meeting minutes, vendor invoices, and financial records.

As shown in the Legal Update tab on this website, a court order was issued following a December 1, 2022 Directions Hearing in the Grand Court.  The court order will assist in moving this case forward.
